The residence is located in the Carrefour Market – Gara area. Room amenities include: bed, desk, wardrobe and private bathroom. Shared facilities comprise: kitchen and living areas. Kitchen equipment: coffee maker, electric hob, microwave oven, washing machine, tumble dryer. Viewings by appointment only, including weekends. Room rate from 1,100 RON per month plus utilities (350 RON during winter months per person, inclusive of gas, electricity, water, drainage, waste collection, internet and housekeeping service for common areas).
