In the very center of the town of Rab, there is a representative stone villa from 1931, built of solid quality stone and preserved over the decades so that it still stands firmly today as an example of old town construction. It was adapted in 2015, when renovations were made to the roof (new beams, boarding under the tiles), parts of the interior were arranged, and electrical installations were changed. Due to the construction method, the house remains pleasantly cool in summer without the need for air conditioning.
