History TOP ESTATE TEAM

We have been trading over 2000 properties until 2018 alongside a young, developing team. TOP ESTATE TEAM launched strongly on June 7, 2018, and since then we have traded over 2500 properties. The real estate market is constantly changing and evolving, and our main goal is to offer the most professional services in the real estate agent market in Bucharest.

We are constantly training ourselves and applying principles that guide both our daily lives and our chosen profession. We judge situations objectively and capitalize on every opportunity, both for our real estate company and especially for our clients. From 2011 to 2018, we transacted over 2000 properties with a young, growing team.

**TOP ESTATE TEAM** is born. We decided to acquire a RE/MAX franchise and aim to test our strength at a national and international level.

2020

Cristian Angheloiu reaches the TOP 100 worldwide, being the only real estate consultant in Romania with properties transacted totaling over 8,000,000 euros.

TOP ESTATE TEAM wins the title of NUMBER 1 OFFICE at the NATIONAL level

TOP ESTATE TEAM is the only office in Romania present in the global rankings in terms of properties transacted.

TOP ESTATE TEAM achieves the title of NUMBER 1 OFFICE at the NATIONAL level

The most expensive property transacted in the history of the RE/MAX network in Romania.

37,000,000 euros – ABSOLUTE RECORD – value of properties transacted by the TOP ESTATE TEAM office

Cristian Angheloiu reaches 15,000,000 euros in transacted properties, becoming the only real estate consultant in Romania and Eastern Europe with the title of Titan in the network rankings.

One transaction every 6 hours – breaking another record and showcasing performance.

We decided to exit the franchisor’s logo and increase our marketing and promotion budgets by another 10% to enhance our service levels and development.

In September, two new offices join TOP TEAM ESTATE through partnership: Decebal Team and Constanța Team, beginning national development.

We grow the team to over 70 professional real estate consultants.

One transaction every 4 hours – reducing the average transaction time, with TOP ESTATE TEAM transacting a property every 4 hours. Breaking a new record through professionalism.

We close the year with a 25% growth.

2024

February – We finalize the plan and start national and territorial expansion.

March – We join APAIR – the Professional Association of Real Estate Agents in Romania, a member of NAR with over 116 years of experience in the real estate industry.

Top Estate Team joins the global network Chestertons. Founded in London in 1805, Chestertons brings over 215 years of real estate expertise, enjoys a successful heritage, and has a strong global network of real estate professionals.
