1. General Information

TET is an online real estate listing platform that facilitates the publication and search of properties available for sale or rent throughout Romanian territory.

TET functions exclusively as a platform for intermediating information between users and does not participate, in any capacity, in real estate transactions conducted between parties. The platform does not hold the status of real estate agent, consultant, appraiser, or intermediary in any transaction.

By accessing and using the TET platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of the provisions, please do not use the platform.

2. Definitions

• Platform — the TET website, including all pages, functionalities, and associated services.
• User — any natural or legal person who accesses and/or uses the platform, with or without a registered account.
• Account — the set of data (email address, password, profile information) that enables authentication and identification of a user on the platform.
• Listing — any offer for sale, rent, or other type of real estate transaction published on the platform by a user.
• Real Estate Agency — an authorized legal entity that uses the platform to publish real estate listings on its own behalf or on behalf of its clients.
• Promotion — a paid service through which a listing benefits from increased visibility on the platform (priority positioning, visual highlighting, etc.).
• Content — any text, photograph, document, information, or other material uploaded or published on the platform by users.

3. Registration and Account

Creating an account is required to publish listings on TET. Upon registration, the user undertakes to provide real, complete, and current information.

Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of authentication details (email and password). Any activity conducted through your account is considered to be performed by the account holder.

TET reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that:

• contain false or incomplete information;
• are used for fraudulent or abusive purposes;
• violate these terms and conditions;
• remain inactive for an extended period.

Users may request account deletion at any time through the contact form on the website.

4. Publishing Listings

By publishing a listing on TET, the user declares and guarantees that:

• they possess the legal right to publish the respective information;
• the information in the listing is real, accurate, and complete;
• the photographs used are real, correspond to the presented property, and do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights;
• the property described in the listing exists and is available for the indicated transaction.

4.1. Prohibited Content

It is strictly prohibited to publish listings that:

• contain false, misleading, or incomplete information;
• promote illegal activities;
• infringe on third-party intellectual property rights;
• contain discriminatory, offensive, obscene, or defamatory content;
• include hidden advertising or spam;
• are unrelated to the real estate field.

4.2. Moderation

TET reserves the right to moderate, modify, disable, or delete any listing that violates these conditions, without prior notification and without the obligation to provide justification.

4.3. Content License

By publishing content on the platform, the user grants TET a non-exclusive, free, transferable license to use, display, distribute, and promote such content for the purpose of providing and promoting the platform's services.

5. Promotion and Payments

TET offers paid promotion services that allow increased visibility of listings on the platform. Details regarding promotion packages, prices, and associated benefits are available on the dedicated page.

Payments are made through the methods indicated on the platform and are considered completed at the moment the transaction is confirmed by the payment processor.

5.1. Refund Policy

Activated promotion services cannot be refunded, as service delivery begins immediately after payment is made. Exceptions may be granted in the following situations:

• platform technical errors that prevented the display of the promoted listing;
• duplicate payments generated by payment system errors.

Refund requests should be submitted through the contact form on the website within 14 days of the payment date.

6. Intellectual Property

The TET trademark, platform design, database structure, source code, graphic elements, editorial texts, and any other content created by TET are protected by copyright and intellectual property legislation.

It is prohibited to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use in any manner the platform's content without prior written consent from TET. This prohibition applies also to systematic data extraction from the platform (scraping).

7. Limitation of Liability

TET provides the platform "as is" and does not warrant:

• the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information in listings;
• the quality of presented properties;
• the identity or good faith of users;
• the successful completion of any real estate transaction;
• the uninterrupted availability of the platform.

TET cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the platform, from information published by users, or from transactions conducted between parties.

Users are solely responsible for verifying information, conducting necessary due diligence, and conducting real estate transactions in compliance with applicable legislation.

8. Personal Data Protection

TET processes users' personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Romanian legislation. Complete information regarding the collection, use, and protection of personal data is available in the Privacy Policy.

9. Modification of Terms and Conditions

TET reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Modifications shall take effect on the date of publication on the platform.

Continued use of the platform following the publication of modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We recommend that you review this page periodically.

10. Final Provisions

These terms and conditions are governed by Romanian legislation. Any dispute shall be resolved amicably, and in case of failure, by the competent courts in Romania.

If any provision of these terms and conditions is declared null or unenforceable, the other provisions remain fully valid and enforceable.
